Event Space Offerings
Our event space offers plenty of options to ensure your needs are met. If there is something in particular you need for your event that isn't listed below, please feel free to reach out to us and we are happy to work with you to make it happen.
Please note that our team will need at least 2 weeks notice for anything less than a full day event and at least 4 weeks notice for a full day or multi day event.
Strada Conference Center
A & B
Strada A & B Conference Center space, with it's panoramic views of the city of Indianapolis, can be divided for smaller groups or kept as one large room. This space can be set up in various configurations and is perfect for lunch and learns, convenings, workshops, receptions, and more!
Space Offerings include:
Projector and Screen
2 Wireless Microphones/ space (4 total if using both A & B)
1 Lectern
Ceiling Microphones and speakers for virtual attendees
Use of video boards in 11th floor lobby for logo or other marketing graphics
Audio recording ability
Zoom Capability

Rolling Whiteboards (2)
Social Cafe
The Strada Social Cafe is a space that can be re-imagined for receptions, lunches, social gatherings and more for about 100 people. Consider adding more space with our contemporary 11th floor lobby that flows into the Social Cafe. With it's floor to ceiling views of Indianapolis, this open concept cafe provides great opportunity for your attendees to socialize in a one-of-a-kind space!
Space Offerings include:
Set up as-is, the client can rent more furniture if needed
3 TV Monitors with the ability to display custom information
Long rectangular island for food set up
Capitol Boardroom
Capitol Boardroom will leave your attendees feeling inspired. With a built in snack and refreshment bar they will be nourished and energized for maximum participation. This space has direct views of the Indiana State Capitol Building and is the ideal space to hold strategic planning meetings, Board meetings, staff meetings, trainings and more!
